2023 Domaine de la Grand'Cour Fleurie "La Chapelle des Bois", Beaujolais, FranceABOUT THIS WINE Chapelle des Bois is a single vineyard located just north of the domaine that typically produces the lightest most floral wines of Domaine de la Grand'Cour. Grapes are hand harvested into 20 kg perforated crates to keep the fruit perfectly intact. Whole cluster grapes undergo semi carbonic (or carbonic) maceration. The must is given a cold vatting and ferments exclusively with natural, indigenous yeasts in traditional concrete vats.
