Highlighted by their brightness and acidity, these citrus bitters are the lovechild of our Ginger Allspice Bitters and a batch error. During R&D in 2009 we doubled the grapefruit, turning an our bad into an it was meant to be, with the realization that spiced grapefruit bitters deserve their own shine. Speaking of destinations, this infamous batch took inspiration from Jamaica Tea,

followed by the hurricane of 1891 closed the estate until 1909 when Henri Dormoy purchased the property

Ex-St Lucian rum barrels were filled with the same base rum as the Pot Still Gold and Black

and refined spirit character while the bitter orange contributes bright citrus and subtle peel notes
