This honey is not collected from the flowers but from a honeydew (resin) produced by some microorganisms in the trunk of the Black Fir. The export of honey is quite expensive because it requires the destruction of the combs. Its production is quite small and periodic throughout the years. It contains no added sugar, no preservatives.
