2022, Château Prieuré Lichine, MARGAUXThe 2022 Prieur Lichine is classy and polished, with lovely aromatic brightness to match its silky, mid weight personality. Crushed flowers, mint, blood orange and spice are nicely delineated. There's good up front richness, but then a bit less intensity through the mid palate and finish. Tasted two times. 91 93 Antonio Galloni, Vinous. The 2022 Prieur Lichine has a lively nose with blackberry, raspberry and violet scents that unfurl in the glass.

Tannins give structure and support and the focus is on perfumed red and black fruits with a richness and concentration yet liveliness from sharp acidity

and juicy and electric texture
