It has a cotton candy aroma leading into flavours of soft peach and gummy bears followed by hints of pine drops on the finish.

The blend is also made up of about 20% imperial smoked stout we brewed nearly two years ago which offers amazing complexity to the overall blend with subtle smoke and a savory profile that works so well with all the vanilla and dark cocoa powder from the rest of the blend

The sticky-toffee barleywine base

imparting a depth of flavour and aroma of rich cacao

and rounded off nicely by the decadent vanilla ice cream notes
