This is an interesting Corton because while there is the classic muscle and punch

all wrapped in a more persistent finish though here too there is a trace of dryness that detracts mildly from the balance

making them an ideal accompaniment to food

reticent nose featuring ripe peaches

nicely focused with a feminine and elegant finish that are positive omens once this finished

The mid-palate is relatively supple and round

This robust effort doesn't offer much in the way of refinement but it certainly doesn't lack for character
