Fun fact Auxerrois can be labeled Pinot Blanc, but not the other way around and only in Alsace. The two grapes are not related, but are stylistically similar and often blended. Aged in a mix of old and new foudres. Vines of 15 to 50 years old. Mainly in the Clos des Capucins and some on limestone. Lots of energy and richness underneath. Very pacy! Infinitely

with reserved citrus and grapefruit flavours

with a later harvest than for Rabourcé
