The 1800 was the all purpose ski that is still a favorite of enthusiasts today. The 2000 was a slightly lighter version, and this model, the 2400, was a wide, off track ski. Ski bindings historically had involved a cable that wrapped around the heel of the boot

So these bindings were probably made by Dovre for sale in Carroll Reed stores in the Northeastern US

The bases are in great shape and have a new coat of pine tar burned in

So we ended up with narrower bindings

a "leveä"/"bred"/wide

and apparently in that location there was a fluid trade in skis between the two countries

These skis may not have their beautiful original graphics
