Domaine de Trinites Pech Mege Pezenas-Languedoc 2022Domaine des Trinites is a 24 hectare estate on the schist soils of Faugeres and Pezenas in the Languedoc. Owner and winemaker Simon Coulshaw farms organically and follows a very natural winemaking process in the cellar. His wines are beautiful expressions of this southern French terroir, fresh and drinkable with expressive fruit and minerality. Le Pech Mege comes from a single vineyard on the Pezenas portion of the property, a blend of 55% Grenache
