Superb cabinet specimen of large pyritohedral terminated Pyrite crystals with a covering of quartz crystals from Peru , this specimen was mined in the 1970s from the high altitude mines of Huanzala 14000 feet above sea level . Specimens like this are uncommon these days It is from an old Tasmanian collection. 925 grams . Base sawn for display . 10cm x 7. 5cm x 7cm.
