Port Dundas - 22 year oldWe love an aged grain whisky at the House of Carrick, and this 22 year old Port Dundas from Claxton's Exploration Series ticks all of the boxes. There are lots of classic vanilla and banana notes that you get from aged grain, followed by soft jam notes and oak. Nose: Strong vanilla notes. Banana chips. Apricot jam. Palate: Soft and sweet with more jam notes and vanilla with oak. Finish: Oaky finish with some tannins and corn. 70cl 50%
