185cm SOLID WOOD Valtonen Vintage Cross-Country Skis from FINLAND - 1950sIf I were shorter, I would keep these skis and use them. Beautiful pair of 80 year old solid wood (likely hickory or birch) cross country skis from Finland. The "V" medallion on one tip suggests that they were a product of the Valtonen ski factory, which thrived for 70 years until it was (figuratively) steamrolled by the fiberglass ski revolution of the 1970s. These skis were just "imported" from Suomi herself. The skis sport 4 pin 2 piece clamp style
