so these 1980s bottlings can vary in character - the early 1980s bottlings showcase the smoky side of Glen Garioch

This Glendullan 1995 was one of the more beefy expressions in the Managers' Choice range

they have even added a piece of distilling history by inlaying a copper medallion from one of the actual stills

This Ben Nevis was distilled in 1990 and aged for 27 years in sherry butt 1505 before being bottled in 2018 with a yield of 593 bottles

so clearly they caught this one in the nick of time

and let's not forget that 1990s Glen Moray 16-year-old is a terrific dram in its own right
