WASANBON SUGAR PLUM WINE | UMESHUGenkai Wasanbon Sugar Plum Wine is an Umeshu composed of Iki island grown Japanese plums and fine grained Japanese sugar, known as Wasanbon, plus Mugi Shochu Iki. After adding all the ingredients, this Umeshu is matured in tanks to integrate the flavours and develop an elegant and mellow sweetness.
