Sivipa Serra Mae 2020The Serra Me is made from 100% Castelo, grown on the free draining, sandy soils West of Palmela in Portugal. It was naturally fermented (no added yeast), and then subsequently aged, in concrete vats. It's full of cherry and bramble fruits, some green herbs, with a fresh and juicy texture. Its fresh acidity is a perfect match for slow roast lamb or sausages.
