2019 60th Anniversary,Gibson Custom Shop “R9” Les Paul Standard60 years later, after producing the most iconic and valuable Gibson Les Paul of all time in 1959, they went back to the well and had their Custom Shop throw everything they had, at a project to reproduce those instruments and this is one of those most beautiful guitars. I think our pics show you just how well their builders performed. Theyve made various versions of these so called R9s along the way and theyve become highly sought after and valuable.
