The central Ghost eye bead was dug up in Monywa from an old royal city and was bought from the finder near Maha Muni Pagoda in Mandalay in the year 2000

The black and brown dendrites against the cream sandstone make for a great neutral piece of jewellery art

Ive shown them to a professor friend who deals in antiques in Yangon who said he bought similar beads from Mon state in the 1970s
