Émilion Vin de France Rouge - Le Puy85% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, & 1% Carmenere from Saint milion (Bordeaux), France. Biodynamic. Le Puy has been around since 1610 in the Cotes de Francs, a small sub appellation on the same plateau of nearby Saint Emilion. Le Puy has been compared to some of the exalted properties in Bordeaux that are produced on the Right Bank. The wine is made from 85% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, & 1% Carmenere! The wine is so harmonious theres a delicious
