2023, Domaine de Villaine, RULLY, 1er Cru, ' Margotés', BIOMargots is the domaines southernmost Rully vineyard with a core of 80 year old vines, surrounded by plantings from the 1960s. This is a cool, windy site. Pierre has a little less than a hectare here, in three plots. It is a wine of pretty white perfume, with a bright, tactile palate of white peach, pepper and fine, chalky minerality. 18 Corney & Barrow, London.
