Today XO - Blend ThreeToday XO is a a blend of solely three year and older barrels. This is its third iteration. This beer is made from three brews, fermented in three different barrels. The worts were made in January, February and April 2020 using traditional turbid mash methods. This edition has been aged for 16 months in freshly emptied Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey barrels and then conditioned on bourbon vanilla from Madagascar

This release is the 1st in a new series called: Soda Jerks

but this time it was brewed in Sweden

And just as full of flavour and rich in aroma as a beer from heaven

We treated this beer with the beautiful fruit to extract the delicate flavors and aromatics before allowing it to naturally condition in this bottle for several months and then sharing it with you
