Heritage Lace Designsby Louise West A video from Louise's Facebook page flipping through the book. This new book has designs inspired by the lace archives at the Erewash Museum, Ilkeston, Derbyshire and started out as a project for an exhibition between 5 artists in 2021. Louise produced 11 designs in 10 weeks of the project which were exhibited, and these were largely of contemporary style. Subsequently she developed further designs from the archives of the machine
