Monterosa - Vermouth Bianco Extra DryThe base is Erbaluce with Chardonnay and Cortese wines that provide a perfect canvas for this alpine vermouth that starts bitter, herbaceous and savoury and remains dry from start to finish. A focused, complex and compelling elixir. Main ingredients are wormwood and genepy from the Monte Rosa valleys, with Damask rose petals, wild fennel, oregano and caraway.
